3.1 NV TECHNOLOGIES provides technology and operational services as described on our site or in an executed order form, MSA, or SOW with you (collectively, “Service Agreement”).
3.2 We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any Service in whole or in part. If a paid Service is discontinued, we will provide reasonable notice and a pro-rata refund of pre-paid, unused fees.
